The specification of duties and responsibilities are:

– Duties and responsibilities in European integration;
– Translation Service in official languages;
– Monitoring and supervising the work and procedures of the Procurement Office;
– Organizing logistics that includes responsibilities such as: transportation (official vehicles), warehouse, archive and
stationery, reception office, Assembly Service, mail, property management, service
security and maintenance of municipal facilities, maintenance of technology equipment
information, maintaining the web application and entering information into it;
– Successful organization and coordination of resource management tasks and activities
human resources; establishing and maintaining appropriate quality systems and standards for the assessment of
performance quality;
– To develop a human resources service that will be coherent and integrated and which will
achieve the objectives, policies and values ​​of the Municipality;
– Coordination of human resources planning through the Personnel Office;
– Lead, motivate and develop the staff team to raise the level of performance
(the way work is done) and to provide quality services;
– Contribute to the development of performance and quality standards for all staff, and
which will strengthen the functioning of Personnel procedures such as: discipline, performance evaluation
general and job evaluation;
-Ensure the daily functioning of procedures such as; recruitment and selection, discipline,
complaints/requests, general assessments in consultations with direct managers by
including the training of the panels and committees necessary to put these into operation
procedure;
– Provide advice on organizational development and design, authorize and implement management
and staff development programs;
– Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperation with all functions in the municipalities
regarding human resources issues;
– Ensure the integration of equal opportunities principles into all aspects of the unit’s work
for human resources management;
– Providing cooperation, advice and other assistant directors of the directorates in the Municipality, as well as
other personnel on all administrative matters;
-Providing information technology services;
– Contribution to the development and achievement of quality standards of administration and activity of
Municipality, such as discipline at work and regular evaluation of work achievements.
The Directorate referred to in paragraph 1 of this article also performs other tasks in accordance with the applicable law, the organizational chart
municipal and other acts of the Central Authority of the Republic of Kosovo.
